The neighborhood its self is very quiet, laid back, and safe. I have a drive way and there is plenty of parking in front of the house. The house has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. All the rooms are direct T.V. ready and I have wireless internet and an there is an alarm system. There are two living room areas one on the main level as soon as you come through the door and one in the basement. The kitchen is very spacious and has a dishwasher. I also have a washer and dryer in the basement and there is plenty of storage space in the basement, attic, and shed. The backyard has a screened in porch that goes out to a brick patio with an awesome grill. I also have an above ground pool with a fenced in deck, and the yard itself is very spacious. I want to give you a little background information on my self as well. I am a very laid back person. I like to have fun and I really only drink socially. I do not do drugs, I do not smoke cigarettes, and there is NO SMOKING in side the house. My old roommate describes me as easy going and said I did not bother him at all. I am a clean person; however I’m not a neat freak. I do ask that my roommate please help to keep the house tidy. I work 5 days a week and go to school some nights. I do have two dogs (Roxie and Raider), and a cat (Moo Moo). My dogs are large dogs however they are very friendly and playful. When I am not home they are either in their cage or out in the yard. My cat is loveable, but keeps to himself mostly. As far as the rent goes I am asking $500 for rent and a $50 towards utilities. I am willing to negotiate if applicable. I do not require a lease to be signed, but can have one drawn up if need be. I do ask if when you are ready to move out you would please try to give me a months notice so I can get another renter. I will require a background check on whom ever moves into the house. I feel it is better to be safe than sorry this is why I require this.
